Relau Sports Complex

The new sports complex is located at the Sungai Ara neighborhood, nearby to the Relau Metropolitan Park. It is opened at the early of  2017 and surrounded by many housing apartments and flats. The fee per entry for  the swimming pool is RM7 as per the posted date, the opening hours is divided into morning session (8-11AM) and afternoon session (4-9PM). I usually go for the morning session so that can inhale more fresh air and less crowd in the pool. 

This is an Olympics size swimming pool which has 10 50m lanes in total, the depth near the starting platform is around 1.2m and the depth will become 2m as you swim further ahead towards the other end of the pool.

The swimming pool also has spectator seats for hosting swimming competition usage, so be prepared to enjoy the limelight as you swim across the pool since there always be some spectators in there. The sports complex also has 8 indoor badminton courts for non-swimmer. Badminton is a great sport, but this game has high impact for our knee which without proper stretching and preparation, it might hurts our knee easily. Since then i have switched to swimming whereby it can relax our back and muscle at the same time. Cheers to all the swimmers around!
